• ✦ Opened the split of the 17 production files over 800 lines (#1712) with the Guardian audit log: audit-log.ts (804 lines) became the writer plus two modules, audit-redact.ts for the redaction of keys, free text and payloads and audit-redact-shell.ts for the shell command-line reader, with the public exports re-exported so nothing that imports the log changes, a literal move proved line by line against the base and 19/19 on the audit log tests against the built split (#1781);
• ✦ then loop-status.js split into lib/loop-status/analysis.js, options.js, snapshots.js and transcript.js (#1784);
• ✦ then operations/index.js split into the session-bus modules params.js, mcp-bridge.js, bus-parsers.js and session-bus.js (#1788);
• ✦ and install-executor.js split into install/plan-source.js, plan-operations.js and legacy-plans.js (#1792), continuing the same file-size correction plan (#1712) PR after PR;
• ✦ then the code graph context in orchestrate_task, a lightweight graph of modules, imports and exports that ranks the files relevant to the task you describe, with the six security findings of the review (symlink traversal outside the project, root containment) fixed before the merge (#1800, part 1 of 3 of #1386);
• ✦ then the benchmark that makes that ranking measurable: a harness that runs it over a labelled task list and reports recall at five and at the top, MRR, p50 and p95 latency and the briefing size, with eight maintainer-style tasks to start from and a recall floor that fails the run, thirty-eight review threads closed on the final head (#1817, part 2 of #1386)
