O que construiu

• ✦ First contribution on the Zed target: on Windows the configuration root followed ~/.config/zed, a directory Zed never reads there;
• ✦ it now resolves to %APPDATA%\Zed, with the AppData\Roaming fallback when APPDATA is unset or redirected and a case-insensitive home prefix, while the old root stays managed so an earlier install is retired on upgrade instead of left behind, with the Windows rows added to the install-paths table under its contract test (#1858, closes #1843);
• ✦ then the Zed context_servers written in the shape Zed documents, command and args at the top level instead of the legacy nested object, with egc init migrating an existing entry and keeping the environment the person had set on it (#1864, part of #1678);
• ✦ and three branches of his carried to main by the maintainer with his commits kept: the atomic copy of the team sync (#1895, closes #1685), the Codex MCP servers as [mcp_servers.<id>] tables (#1896) and the shared hook stdin reader (#1897, closes #1710)
