Security audit and reliability sweep across 12 PRs: shell-injection fix (spawnSync), atomic SQLite migrations, SEC-05 byte-load limits, Zod schema enforcement, TOCTOU getDb fix, JSON parse crash guard, hook dispatcher, stdin leak, SQLITE_FULL handling, async trace log, path traversal guard in egc-memory, db-adapter persist error handling, and arbitration queue invariant documentation with stress test; also co-authored the destructive-CLI hard-block validators for docker/gh/prisma, extracted from his earlier proposal and shipped in #1041; retargeted 47 agents to gemini-3.1-pro after catching that the configured target model did not exist; and pushed the idea that became the minimal-change ladder, the seven-rung discipline against overengineering and half-done code now always on in the shared coding style, co-authored on the shipping commit
