Kept the dashboard /ping polling alive while the WebSocket is down with a self-healing timer chain, then capped WebSocket reconnect attempts, preserved replay file paths from detail views, and closed a watcher stat-open race; went on to add three native install targets back to back, Roo Code, Qwen Code, and Cline, each wired end to end with its adapter, schema, manifest, and regression tests, then synced the public harness count across the README and package metadata behind a registry-derived regression test, then reported and co-authored the fix for the clean-install packaging bug that blocked egc install from the published npm package, then clarified the first-time setup lifecycle across bash and PowerShell installers with execution-level regression tests covering every onboarding path, then wired OpenCode’s session.created event for automatic project-memory restoration, extracting the shared state-loading logic into a host-neutral module so Claude and OpenCode run the same restoration core through their own thin adapters, then added a scoped savings breakdown to egc gain (today, current session, current project, rolling 7/30-day windows) with cross-timezone regression coverage, then shipped the session-bus chaos audition: a multi-process harness proving exactly-once delivery, SIGKILL lock recovery within TTL, and contested-claim invariants against the production bus, which surfaced a real double-delivery race between overlapping readers that he fixed in the same PR with a cursor compare-and-swap, and most recently preserved inflected diagnostic words (errors, failures, warnings, exceptions, panicked) in the Token Crusher keep-word matcher so plural and multi-line diagnostics survive compression, with negative-boundary tests proving identifiers like failureMode are not mistaken for diagnostics
