Kept the dashboard /ping polling alive while the WebSocket is down with a self-healing timer chain, then capped WebSocket reconnect attempts, preserved replay file paths from detail views, and closed a watcher stat-open race; went on to add three native install targets back to back, Roo Code, Qwen Code, and Cline, each wired end to end with its adapter, schema, manifest, and regression tests
