Stopped stream=True from silently downgrading to a blocking call across the OpenAI-compatible providers, raising loudly in OpenAI, DeepSeek, Groq and Mistral with regression tests for every path; then made the dashboard doctor screen operable over the shared operations library, turning every fixable diagnostic and install target into a button that runs the exact CLI operation displayed next to it behind a token-gated /ops layer, and closed the review round same day by isolating the install-reaching tests from the real checkout and proving nothing writes into it
